Shipping & tracking

We have decided to break shipping into two classifications Standard Area Shipping also known as FREE SHIPPING and Beyond Standard Shipping such as less populous areas of Canada or the United States (Yukon, the Northwest, and Nunavut territories) you will be subject to additional shipping fees. Yes, we are currently shipping to both the United States and Canada. If you are curious about whether you are considered a Beyond Standard Shipping Area please feel free to reach out and we will provide you with a shipping cost estimate!  (info@vanterracustoms.com)

There are a few ways that you can track your shipment, the easiest method is once your merchandise is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number and carrier name where you can track your shipment quickly and easily. If you have lost this information or did not receive a tracking number upon confirmation of shipment always fee free to reach out and we will be able to provide you with a more accurate ETA for your shipment. 

Depending on your location your merchandise may ship one of two ways. We will in some cases ship your merchandise via (UPS/Canada Post/Fedex) or it will be delivered via a local agent in your city. In this scenario your local agent will reach out to you via email or phone number and arrange a delivery time and date that works best for you. 

We always will do our best to meet the expected delivery date upon your purchase and will always shoot for the earliest delivery date on your ETA window; however, in the event that your window has passed always feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to get it sorted as quickly as possible. 

Returns and exchanges

Though we always hope that our customers love their new Vanterra product, we are aware that life happens. You can decide to return your product at any time during your 30 day Road Test, up to 30 days from the date of delivery. You can read more about our returns here

All orders that have not been shipped can be canceled for a full refund.

In the event that you have ordered the wrong size we will certainly swap out your purchase free of charge, we want to make sure that you get the bike that fits you best!
